Charlotte County SHRM HR Professional of the Year
The Charlotte County SHRM HR Professional of the Year Award recognizes HR professionals who are advancing the profession in their organization or local community. Award winners are defined as someone who is implementing or enhancing HR programs, policies, procedures, benefits, or strategies that positively impact their organization or community. They could also be a great mentor, leader, or individual contributor. Finally, they could be volunteers or volunteer leads in their community providing their HR expertise to advance local non-profits.
Nominations are open! The committee seeks candidates who represent “the best” in the human resources management profession. This highly prestigious award recognizes outstanding individuals in the HR profession who exemplify outstanding achievement, creative approaches, and consistently high performance.

Ready to submit a nomination?
Nominations: Nominate a human resource professional from the Charlotte County area who you think deserves to be considered for the Human Resources Professional of the Year Award. You can nominate yourself, peers, subordinates, supervisors, or any other deserving candidate. Unless specified otherwise, the nominee will not be notified of the person making the nomination.
Requirements: Nominees from the Charlotte County Area who have made significant contributions to their organization in the field of human resources over the past year will be considered. These HR professionals should have demonstrated the value of the HR function within their organization by implementing best practices and aligning with the company’s strategic direction.
