Mission Statement: Serving the HR professional, advancing the HR profession, and sharing with the community.
Vision Statement: Charlotte County Society for Human Resource Management (CCSHRM) is an affiliate of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) National and is the recognized local association for human resource and management professionals in Charlotte County, Florida.
WHAT WE DO
We serve our members and our community through networking, leadership opportunities, sharing of resources, and by providing educational, legislative and compliance programs.
Our involved members strive to make a difference in our community by providing employability skills, recruitment, workforce development, mentoring, and internship programs.
