    Charlotte County SHRM Renewal Form

    We are so pleased you have chosen to renew your membership with CCSHRM to continue the many benefits of local chapter affiliation. We encourage all local chapter members to consider national SHRM membership to enhance the resources available to you. 

    It is through collaborative events and relationships that we are able to flourish as a chapter and community to strengthen our partnerships. Sponsors may provide the Chapter Board with emails that you will receive promoting services and products relative to your supervisory and/or HR role. You may opt out by emailing ccshrmmembership@gmail.com. 

    Membership is individual specific and cannot be transferred to any other person. Please complete this form. PayPal is available for your convenience on the left navigation bar.

    Membership Tiers 

    • $40 Annually with a National SHRM Membership: To receive discount, you must provide your primary email used for SHRM at the time of renewal. If Charlotte County SHRM (CCSHRM) is not your home chapter, please indicate home chapter on application in notes section.
    • $50 Annually without a National SHRM Membership 
    • $25 Annually for Student Membership and Retiree Membership
