About the Topic: 

In this presentation, we will use data from Strada Education Network on the challenges facing today’s workforce around skills gap and development. Then providing an overview on the current economic impact happening in the local region regarding skills. We will discuss key strategies businesses and human resource professionals can utilize when considering candidates from other industries or occupations and how they can be matched with new occupations.
