Creating a BOLD Strategy
Jennifer Currence
Senior Partner, HR Soul
Human Resources often gets caught up in day-to-day operations, which prevents us from showing up as a driving force for the success of the business. This presentation introduces the BOLD HR Strategy, a forward-focused framework that elevates HR from a technical function to a true strategic partner. Participants explore how HR drives organizational success through four pillars that reinforce HR’s role in aligning people practices with long-term business outcomes. Through practical examples and action steps, the session equips HR leaders to strengthen their strategic impact, enhance talent systems, improve decision-making through analytics, and guide teams through transformation with confidence.
During this session, we will:
1. Understand why being a strategic HR partner is important and how having a BOLD strategy is more effective than just having goals.
2. Learn about each of the four elements of a BOLD strategy.
3. Discover tools to execute and enhance each component of a BOLD strategy.
