Increase Retention Through Powerful Communication and Understanding Work Preferences
For years, companies have been faced with the huge hurdle to retain and attract top talent. Research shows that 86% of employees and executives identify the lack of effective communication and collaboration as the primary causes for workplace failures, which result in frustration, disengagement, and resignations. Studies also show that workers who are engaged are 87% less likely to leave their organization.
What if you were given the tools engage and motivate your team, causing them happiness and a desire to remain dedicated to your company?
Tracey L. Pirozzi, CEO, Founder and Lead Facilitator of Pirozzi Organization Development Solutions, will guide attendees through an interactive journey to identify and understand our own work preferences, so we can learn how to build positive, productive relationships and communicate effectively with others who may not think or do things the way we do. Participants will leave this workshop with tools to be an effective listener and to understand and appreciate our own and others’ work preferences for building better people connections and increasing productivity, which will lead to keeping our valued employees.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn all aspects of communication with a major focus on Active Listening for increased productivity, engagement, and trust
- Gain an understanding of personal work preferences, which include “How You Relate To Others”, “How You Use and Gather Information”, “How You Make Decisions”, and “How You Organize Yourself and Others”
- Expand that understanding toward appreciation of others' work preferences to build collaborative work relationships and leverage preference diversity
- Use understanding of effective communication and work preference tools to retain and attract top talent
