About the Topic:
This presentation will identify and discuss the impact of the major employment cases the U.S. Supreme Court decided in its 2021-22 Term.
Participants will be up-to-date on the recent employment law decisions issued by the U.S. Supreme Court, so that they may take appropriate actions within their organization.

About the Speaker:
Mr. Atwood is the Chair of the employment law group at the Henderson, Franklin law firm, with offices in Fort Myers, Naples and Bonita Springs. He is the current Chair of the statewide Florida Bar’s Labor & Employment Section, and has been named to the prestigious Super Lawyers List multiple times for employment law. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College, the College of William & Mary, and the University of Florida College of Law. Scott is a former Lee County Bar President, Florida State Bar Young Lawyers’ Division President, and is the current Chair of the Sidney & Berne Davis Arts Center in Fort Myers.
