    Journaling: HR’s Secret Weapon

    Lori Ann Roth

    President, Learning and Reflective Growth

In the fast-paced world of Human Resources, the most powerful tool isn’t a new software, it’s a knowledge of how to intentionally journal. Journaling: HR’s Secret Weapon is a concise, high-impact training designed to help HR professionals navigate the emotional and strategic complexities of the workplace.

This session focuses on practical reflective practices as a method to sharpen decision-making, manage burnout, and document critical workplace insights. Whether you're a CHRO or an HR Specialist, discover how intentional reflection can transform your daily "firefighting" into a focused, proactive career.

In this session, you will learn how to use journaling to:

    • Process High-Stakes Interactions.
    • Combat Compassion Fatigue.
    • Enhance Strategic Thinking.
    • Refine Professional Judgment.
