    About the Speaker:

    Scott Atwood is a stockholder and chair of the Employment Law Group at Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. With nearly 30 years of experience, he represents employers across Florida and Georgia, handling cases related to discrimination, FMLA leave, FLSA, and whistleblower claims, among others.

    Scott is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers and Naples Illustrated for his work in the employment law field.

    Beyond his professional achievements, Scott is dedicated to community involvement, holding leadership roles in various local and state professional organizations.
