About the Speaker:
As a regional director within Prudential's HPAC team, David creates actionable Group Insurance Disability, Absence, and Group Life reporting packages for Prudential customers with
1,000-200,000 lives. Starting with data, and in close consultation with customers and/or consultants:
● Provide industry (using IBI), and book of business benchmarking giving the customer customized benchmarks
● Define the true cost of absence for employers, including lost productivity
● Provide solution driven analytics, leading to actionable steps that may include:
● Building, implementing, & tracking Transitional Return to Work Programs
● Conducting Productive Aging studies
● Consulting on Policy and Plan design (including the use of Group Market Share, and customers other benefit programs)
● Educating HR & Manager/Supervisors on policies, benchmarks, and program development/value
● Implementing and reviewing Health Integration programs
● Ad hoc analysis and consultation
