    Scott Atwood is a stockholder and chair of the Employment Law Group at Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. With nearly 30 years of experience, he represents employers across Florida and Georgia, handling cases related to discrimination, FMLA leave, FLSA, and whistleblower claims, among others.

    Scott is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers and Naples Illustrated for his work in the employment law field.
