This is an eye-opening description of the current and future risks that must be managed using proper cyber security policies and some of the consequences of poor implementation of proper policies. 

It is geared for the HR Professional in order to make them a valuable advisor to management regarding mitigating cyber risks which are outside the purview of the technology department.

About the Speaker:

Rich Pezzullo is a business consultant as well as an IT project manager who operates
Millennium Business Consulting Services in North Port. He has been serving clients across
the USA for decades, some for almost 30 years.

Rich is a graduate of Cornell University and a 20 year veteran of the US Army Reserve.
Trained in Personnel Administration in the Army and having operated a number of small
businesses, his personal areas of specialty are advising business leaders on HIPAA
compliance and Cyber Security. He holds the professional credential of CISSP, which stands
for “Certified Information Systems Security Professional.”

He is married to CCSHRM Member Pam Pezzullo
