    Melissa started her career in Big 4 accounting and then pivoted into human resource leadership at a fast-growing firm that grew 10 times during her tenure. In her role, she led the firm's talent acquisition strategy, leadership development, performance management, team building, training, and employee engagement efforts. Melissa has been an innovative HR leader for 15+ years and utilizes this expertise to help others dream bigger through her training, coaching, speaking, and consulting services.

    As an ICF Professional Certified Coach, she coaches executives, entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, and companies. She inspires, motivates, and sparks action to enable others to recognize transformation and goal achievement. She excels at helping professionals advance or pivot their careers by shifting their mindsets, developing strategies, networking effectively, building stronger relationships, combating burnout, and increasing their personal and professional leadership.

    Melissa is a certified mindfulness facilitator, avid meditator, and yogi. She promotes mindfulness in the workplace to help others strengthen their leadership and show up as their best selves.
