    Training Presentation Topic:

Using Whole Brain Thinking® with Individuals and Teams

    About the Topic:

Have you ever felt like someone was wired very differently than you?  Have you seen teams miscommunicate repeatedly?  The cause could be that people think differently!

In this session you will learn how to bridge those gaps and grow your own thinking preferences using the Whole Brain Thinking Model®.  The metaphor of the Whole Brain® Model joins left-right brain theory with the limbic with cerebral anatomy together and identifies four thinking preferences: Analytical, Sequential, Interpersonal, and Imaginative.

We will explore the four thinking preferences, and help participants estimate their dominant thinking.  We will have the opportunity to learn more about each quadrant, and how to work well with individuals with different preferences.  We will also look at how this plays out in teams, and how to ensure communication and teamwork covers all four quadrants.

    Key Take-Aways:

    1. Use Whole Brain Thinking® to understand different thinking preferences, and
    2. Apply the Whole Brain Thinking Model® to team and individual communications, and
    3. Learn how to stretch thinking in non-dominate quadrants for personal and professional growth.
