Presenter: Roger Trout LTC USA (RET)
Roger is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel and current volunteer with Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (a Defense Department Program). He serves as Florida ESGR Training Director, Chair of the ESGR National Training Sub-Committee and a member of the ESGR National Board of Directors. Roger is Chair Emeritus of the Virginia ESGR committee and has been an ESGR Ombudsman for 11 years resolving a myriad of issues between service members and their employers. Roger was ESGR National Volunteer Trainer of the Year for 2015 and helped develop and conducts the leadership training for emerging leaders and new state chairs nationally.
