If submitting your payment by mail, please submit your name, organization, Chapter, and contact information with your check. Checks must be received by Friday, May 3rd or reservation may be forfeited.
Dress is casual—yes you may wear jeans and your best rocker t-shirt! (Business casual is also acceptable.)
