    Sponsorship Guidelines

    • The 13th Annual Tri-County HR Conference will be held on Friday, May 16, 2014 at the Holiday Inn Airport, 9931 Interstate Commerce Dr. Fort Myers, FL 33913(239) 561-1550 -www.HiFtMyersAirport.com

    • All levels of sponsorship (except Program Ad only) will be provided with a 6-foot table in the expo area. Table location preference will be given first to the Diamond sponsor followed by Platinum and Gold sponsors, in that order, and subject to timely receipt of sponsorship payment.

    • Sponsors can set up their tables from 7:00 - 7:30 AM on May 16th. All tables should be set-up by 7:30 AM.

    • Sponsors may start taking down their tables at the conference end, approximately 3:45 PM.All display items must be down by 4:15 PM.The Diamond sponsor will be allowed to display a banner in the main meeting room.

    • Raffle or giveaway prizes will be drawn at the end of the conference.Attendees must be present to win.
