Danielle Stiles is an accomplished, high energy and very driven human resources professional with over 13 years of multi-industry experience, leading and supporting business operations. Additionally, she is a driven, forward-thinking, dependable, and customer-focused professional that has earned the trust and respect of multiple employee and management groups. Danielle demonstrates abilities to building positive, effective relationships at all levels of an organization. Committed to providing excellent quality service to career candidates and the community. Penchant for detail with innate business acumen and a practical understanding of business needs to achieve goals. She received her Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in HR from Capella University and is SHRM-CP certified. Currently, Danielle is an HR Business Partner for Nielsen, covering all aspects of human resources.
Danielle enjoys giving back to the community in various capacities such as PTO for Lamarque Elementary and Woodland Middle School, President of Braggin Rights of Florida, served on the Board of Advisors for the Boys & Girls Club, volunteers with United Way, Habitat for Humanity, and supports North Port and Venice Chambers of Commerce.
Danielle was born and raised in Florida, in true Floridian style she loves the sunshine, warm weather, and being anywhere on or around water. Danielle married her high school sweetheart and they have been inseparable for 20 years, she is also a proud mom of two children, a son and a daughter. When she is not working you may find her at Universal Studios, Disney World, Car Shows, or various local events with her family.
Alissa Desguin has over 15 years of Human Resources experience in both the private and public sectors.
She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and is SHRM-CP certified. She has served on the CCSHRM Board since 2016 and has been a national member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SRHM) since 2009.
She enjoys giving back to the community in volunteer roles, currently as a Director on the Fred Lang Foundation Board of Directors, and recently as a Mentor with Take Stock in Children and serving on the Board of Directors for the Punta Gorda Visual Arts Center. She has volunteered with Women United, United Way, and both Punta Gorda and Charlotte County Chambers of Commerce. In 2019, she received the 4 Under 40 award from the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce, which acknowledges young professionals who are blazing a path to success and making a notable impact on the community.
Alissa is originally from Upstate New York, but loves the warm weather and sunshine, living in Charlotte County since 2014. She is a proud dog mom who cannot get enough of her loving and wild fury child, Phoebe.
