    Danielle Stiles is an accomplished, high energy and very driven human resources professional with over 12 years of multi-industry experience, leading and supporting business operations. Additionally, she is a driven, forward-thinking, dependable, and customer-focused professional that has earned the trust and respect of multiple employee and management groups. Danielle demonstrates abilities to building positive, effective relationships at all levels of an organization. Committed to providing excellent quality service to career candidates and the community. Penchant for detail with innate business acumen and a practical understanding of business needs to achieve goals. She received her Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in HR from Capella University and is SHRM-CP certified. Currently, Danielle is the HR Manager for Babe’s Plumbing Inc. & Fire Sprinklers, covering all aspects of human resources.

    Danielle enjoys giving back to the community in various capacities such as PTO for Lamarque Elementary and Woodland Middle School, President of Braggin Rights of Florida, served on the Board of Advisors for the Boys & Girls Club, volunteers with United Way, Habitat for Humanity, and supports North Port and Venice Chambers of Commerce.

    Danielle was born and raised in Florida, in true Floridian style she loves the sunshine, warm weather, and being anywhere on or around water. Danielle married her high school sweetheart and they have been inseparable for 20 years, she is also a proud mom of two children, a son and a daughter. When she is not working you may find her at Universal Studios, Disney World, Car Shows, or various local events with her family.

    Edie Long has worked in Human Resources for 28 years and considers herself an influential trusted leader that currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Integrity Employee Leasing in Punta Gorda.  She has a passion for driving organizational effectiveness, pioneering innovative ideas, and formulating strategic partnerships.  She focuses on best practices, policies, and has an unwavering commitment to her team and clients.  She is a firm believer in the value of personal growth and professional development knowing that this will yield an immeasurable return on self-investment.  She is a member of National SHRM, SHRM-SCP certified, and Veterans at Work certified through the SHRM Foundation. 

    She is involved in the local community with many volunteer organizations.  She currently serves on the Charlotte County Meals on Wheels Board of Trustees as Vice President, is a Chamber Action Member with the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce, and is a representative for Integrity with Crossroads Hope Academy, Virginia B Andes Community Clinic, the YMCA of Punta Gorda, and the United Way of Charlotte County.

    Alissa Desguin, Regional HR Business Partner for Millennium Physician Group, has worked in Human Resources since 2009 in both the private and public sectors.

    She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and is SHRM-CP certified.  She has served on the CCSHRM Board since 2016 and has been a national member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SRHM) since 2009. 

    She enjoys giving back to the community in volunteer roles, currently as a Director on the Fred Lang Foundation Board of Directors, and recently as a Mentor with Take Stock in Children and serving on the Board of Directors for the Punta Gorda Visual Arts Center.  She has volunteered with Women United, United Way, and both Punta Gorda and Charlotte County Chambers of Commerce.  In 2019, she received the 4 Under 40 award from the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce, which acknowledges young professionals who are blazing a path to success and making a notable impact on the community. 

    Alissa is originally from Upstate New York, but loves the warm weather and sunshine, living in Charlotte County since 2014.  She is a proud dog mom who cannot get enough of her loving and wild fury child, Phoebe.

    Michele is a Senior Bilingual Certified Human Resources Business Partner, with experience advising leadership in developing and executing human capital strategies. With over 20 years of experience professional HR experience.  Previously held the role as certification facilitator and certification committee member for five plus years with Metro Milwaukee SHRM.  Facilitated and coordinated study groups both in-person and virtually for HR professionals throughout the state of Wisconsin.

    Lisa started her HR career in 1992 and worked with the founding members of CCSHRM.  Since 1992, she has represented both Charlotte County SHRM and Sarasota SHRA Boards having served as Diversity, Membership, Legislative Chair, Program, Communications, Vice Chair, and CCSHRM President 2013; and has reserved in the various roles mentioned over numerous years. 

    Lisa also served as Vice Chair and President of the Florida Employers Association Council (FEAC) representing Lee, Charlotte, and Sarasota County in Tallahassee working with Senator Kirkpatrick on Workforce Development initiatives managed by the State under what was formally known as Florida’s “Career and Service Center/Jobs Etc./One-Stop” offices and now known as CareerSource.

    Lisa also continues to develop and support our local Workforce Development programs managed by CareerSource and Goodwill Industries.  Lisa has worked for both mid to large size organizations as an HR Generalist, HR Administrator, and currently serves as the Employee Relations Director for 21 years for the Charlotte County Clerk & Comptroller’s Office.

    She enjoys giving back to the community and has also volunteered her time to support: United Way, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Charlotte and Sarasota County Chamber Associations, Charlotte County Technical Center Advisory Member, School-to-Work and High Skills-High Wage programs developer.
